There was a work Christmas party at Hawkeyes bar and grill. Kelsey's coworker Lydia first went up to the bar to grab a drink and said hi to Antonio. Antonio and Kelsey ended up chatting the whole night at the bar and never made it to the rest of the party. Antonio asked for Kelsey's number that night.

Antonio and Kelsey's first date was rock climbing and then dinner and a movie.
